Stages that match how you actually work
A workflow template is an ordered set of stages — for example idea, script, record, edit, review, publish. Each brand can use the template that suits it.
PRODUCT
A workflow in CTC is the short list of stages a kind of work moves through, plus the tasks each stage needs. You choose the stages; CTC keeps the record straight.
A workflow template is an ordered set of stages — for example idea, script, record, edit, review, publish. Each brand can use the template that suits it.
You can say which production tasks a stage needs and roughly how long each takes. That is what lets the planner propose realistic sessions instead of guesses.
Every stage change is recorded with its direction and date, so you can see where work stalled rather than trying to remember.
CTC ships editable stage templates and stage tasks. It is not a general drag-and-drop automation builder, and it does not claim to model every workflow.
