By using CTC you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for activity in your workspace.

3. Acceptable use

No unlawful, infringing, or abusive use; no attempts to disrupt the Service or bypass security.

4. Subscription & billing

Paid plans renew automatically until cancelled. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. We honor the FTC click-to-cancel standard: cancellation friction does not exceed signup friction.

5. Content ownership

You retain all rights to content you upload. You grant CTC a limited license to host and display it solely to operate the Service.

6. Termination

You may close your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.

7. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties to the maximum extent permitted by law.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CTC's aggregate liability is limited to fees paid in the prior 12 months.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Sando Media Group is established.
