Accessibility Statement
Effective 2026-08-24
Our commitment
Content Traffic Control is a private console a creator uses every working day, so it has to be operable without a mouse and legible without effort. We design and build to WCAG 2.1 Level AA as the conformance target for all public and signed-in surfaces.
Supported assistive technology
The product is tested with the latest stable releases of:
- VoiceOver on macOS Safari and iOS Safari
- NVDA on Windows Firefox and Chrome
- JAWS on Windows Chrome
- TalkBack on Android Chrome
What we test
- Color contrast meets or exceeds 4.5:1 for body text and 3:1 for large text and UI controls, including over the translucent Crystal surfaces.
- Every interactive control has a visible focus state and a programmatic name.
- Projects, stages and the next useful action on Home are ordinary semantic lists, headings and links — reachable in reading order, not only by pointer.
- Planner recommendations and work blocks are operated by real buttons. Accept, complete, partially complete, reschedule and cancel are all reachable by keyboard, and each confirmation is a focusable dialog.
- Calendar work blocks can be opened and changed from the keyboard; no scheduling change depends on dragging.
- Setup — Quick Start, Full Setup and the Quick Start Guide — supports keyboard-only completion, keeps a visible step position, and announces validation errors via
aria-live. - Publishing forms and publication records support keyboard-only completion and report errors in text, not colour alone.
- Motion, glow and transparency effects respect
prefers-reduced-motion, and the transparency control lets you reduce the glass effect at any time.
Known limitations
We are actively working on the following gaps and will publish fixes here when they ship:
- Some calendar and planner date fields still rely on the browser's native date control, whose screen-reader behaviour varies by platform.
- A few icon-only buttons in dense planner and production panels are pending visible text labels; they currently carry accessible names only.
- Long production tables scroll horizontally on small screens without a summarised alternative view.
Feedback and escalation
If you encounter an accessibility barrier, email accessibility@ctc.invalid. We aim to acknowledge every report within two business days and to resolve confirmed Level A and Level AA defects within thirty days.
Standards and law
This statement aligns with WCAG 2.1 AA, Section 508 of the U.S. Rehabilitation Act, and the EU Web Accessibility Directive (Directive 2016/2102).
