It proposes, you decide
The planner reads the projects you already keep, the stages they sit in and the tasks those stages need, then proposes sessions that fit the hours you said you have.
Nothing is scheduled until you accept it. Every proposal can be accepted, postponed to a date you choose, or dismissed with a reason.
Batching compatible work
When several pieces need the same kind of session — record, edit, write, review — the planner groups them so you set up once and finish more.
Content runway
If you keep a reserve target, CTC shows how many finished pieces you have against that target and the earliest date the reserve runs short.
Estimates that learn only with your approval
Once enough completed sessions exist for a task, CTC can suggest a new default duration and shows the sample size and evidence behind it. The default changes only when you approve it. Time tracking stays optional.
