CTC

HOW IT WORKS

From a half-formed idea to a published piece you can prove you shipped.

HOW CTC WORKS

Five steps from a thought in the car to a finished piece on record.

  1. STEP 1

    Capture

Ideas land in the Inbox in seconds and become real projects when you are ready.

  2. STEP 2

    Organise

Each project keeps its brand, content type, stage, dates and the path where its files live.

  3. STEP 3

    Work

Home shows the current stage and the next useful action, not a wall of tasks.

  4. STEP 4

    Batch

The planner groups compatible work around the hours you actually have.

  5. STEP 5

    Publish

Prepare a publish package, record what went out, and keep the history.

KNOW WHAT TO WORK ON NEXT

One screen that answers the only question that matters.

Home reads the real state of your work: which stage each project is in, what is due, which synopsis still needs your review, and which piece is ready to publish. No fake green ticks, no vanity scores.

  • Project stage

Concept → Script → Production → Review → Publish, on your own workflow.

  • Synopsis review

Approve the description before it reaches a publish package.

  • Publishing readiness

What is missing, in plain language, before you call something done.

PLAN AND BATCH PRODUCTION

A deterministic planner, not a guess.

CTC works out when compatible work should be produced in bulk — record three episodes in one sitting, write two articles while the research is fresh — and shows exactly what does not fit. Every recommendation stays a recommendation until you accept it, and you can accept only part of one.

  • Publishing frequency
  • Commitments and deadlines
  • Remaining production work
  • Your availability
  • Realistic capacity
  • Compatible task types
  • Reserve targets

KEEP PRODUCTION FILES EASY TO FIND

Your files stay where you keep them. CTC remembers where that is.

CTC stores lightweight metadata and the canonical path for each part of a project. The large production files stay on your own drive, cloud folder or network storage. A browser cannot open your drive for you, and CTC will never pretend otherwise — but you will always know exactly where a file belongs.

Start with the next idea you have.

Capture it, give it a home, and let CTC keep the deadline, the files and the next step straight.
